About the Store

General

Aarrelabel is a brand owned by Pumpkin Design Ltd (Business ID 2382682-5). Pumpkin Design Ltd is a Finnish clothing manufacturer and retailer. Our products are sold to customers over 18 years of age in Finland, Europe and countries outside of Europe. The products are designed and meant for use inside Europe so product liability isn’t valid in countries outside of European Union. All prices include VAT, excluding delivery costs to Europe. We reserve the right to change our prices and shipping costs.

How to Order

Our products are sold mainly via our online store at aarrelabel.com. All orders are confirmed by email to the address provided by the client. The confirmation email includes a list of ordered items, the total sum of the order and shipping costs. By placing an order the customer agrees to all existing terms and conditions of the Aarrelabel online store. Aarrelabel.com does not guarantee the availability of all online store products in all situations. All of our online shop orders are shipped from our warehouse in Kaarina, Finland.



Payment Options

All items and shipping costs are paid in full with the order. We offer the following payment methods at our online store:



PayPal

You can also choose PayPal as your payment method. With PayPal you can safely and securely pay with any of your credit or debit cards or bank transfer.

You will be redirected directly to PayPal to complete the transaction at the end of your order. If you are new to PayPal you can create your own PayPal account. If you made a payment through PayPal and returned the products, we will refund the money directly to your PayPal account.



Online Banking Services

You are able to pay with all Finnish banks offering online banking Paytrail Ltd (VAT number: FI2122839) provides the payment transfer services related to online banking in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Ltd buys the payment transaction and accounts for it to the retailer.



Debit and Credit Cards (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express)

Pumpkin Design Ltd (Aarrelabel) acts solely as the marketer of products and services as well as delivers the products to customers. As the payment service provider, Paytrail Ltd is responsible for all reclaims concerning the payment transaction. In payments made by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express, Paytrail Ltd acts as the seller, which means that the sale is made between the customer and Paytrail Ltd. In this capacity Paytrail Ltd is responsible for all obligations related to the sale. Paytrail Ltd is also the receiver of the payment.



Mobile payments (MobilePay, Siirto, Pivo and Apple Pay)

You can also choose a mobile payment as a payment method. The service is provided by Paytrail Ltd (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Ltd acts as the seller of the product for payments made with MobilePay, Siirto, Pivo or Apple Pay payment methods, and the transaction is created between the customer and Paytrail Ltd. The seller is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction. Paytrail Ltd is also the recipient of the payment. Pumpkin Design Ltd only acts as a marketer of products and services and also delivers the products to the buyer. Paytrail Ltd is responsible for complaints related to payment transactions. In case of exchange and return of products, we refund the money back to your account via Paytrail.

Delivery time

We ship orders from Monday till Friday. All of our web shop orders are shipped from our warehouse in Kaarina, Finland. We aim to process new orders on the following business day of ordering. Shipping takes 1-4 business days in Finland, in Europe 2-5 business days and rest of the world 8-10 business days. Holidays etc. might affect the delivery time.

We deliver all the ordered products in one shipment. Aarrelabel.com does not guarantee the availability of online store products in all situations. If the ordered product cannot be delivered, we will automatically refund the purchase price of the product and inform the customer about it to the e-mail address provided with the order.



Shipping to Finland

The package is delivered directly to your door. You will be contacted within 1-3 business days after shipment to agree on a delivery time.

Postipaketti and SmartPOST 5,90€
Delivery to nearest Post pick-up service point or Smart Post automate, 2-3 business days.

Posti Pikkupaketti 3,90€
Small orders straight to your home, 2-4 business days. If the order doesn’t fit through you mailbox, it will be delivered to your nearest Post office.

Matkahuolto

Lähellä-paketti 5,90€
Delivery to the Matkahuolto automate or pick-up service point of your choosing, 2-3 business days.

Pick-up

Pick-up from store 0,00€
We collaborate with Pukimo -store, which is located in Lempäälä Ideapark (Ideaparkinkatu 4, 37570 Lempäälä FI, 050 3620412). Pukimo will send you a text message when your order is ready for pick-up, the order cannot be collected right away! It takes approximately two business days for the order be to ready for pick up.



Shipping to Europe

We use GLS Parcel Service for orders shipped to Europe. You will receive an email from GLS when your order is shipped with the tracking information. Depending on your country the delivery takes from 2 to 5 business days to arrive. For most European countries you can also choose the pick up point of your liking from a wide selection, after the shipment has been made.

We don’t ship orders to Great Britain.

Delivery cost is 9,90 € + VAT according to destination country. Includes packing and shipping of the order.



Shipping to Rest of the World

Orders delivered outside of Europe will be delivered as EMS (Express Mail Service) parcels. EMS parcel will be delivered to you with your local Post in 8-10 business days. All of our shipments can be tracked and if you didn’t receive your tracking code by email, please contact us help@aarrelabel.com and we will provide a tracking code for you.

Delivery cost is 39,90 € including packing and shipping of the order.

Because of the situation in Ukraine, we don’t ship orders to Russia nor Republic of Belarus at the moment.



Returns and Changes

Our online store orders come with a 30-day return policy. We process the returns within 14 days after the return has been sent to us. If you want to exchange the product, you must return the exchangeable product to us and make a completely new order for the other product/size you want.

The return policy starts from the day you receive your order. This right is valid only for items in original condition, which means they must be clean, unwashed, and unused, with tags still attached.

Please note that items you try on should not have, for example, makeup stains or pet hair on them. If we receive dirty or otherwise unsaleable returns, we reserve the right to deduct a 10-euro sales restoration cost from the refunded amount for cleaning the product.

In possible volume discounts (for example, buy 3 pay for 2), the campaign price expires if you return products affecting the volume discount. We take this into account in the refund amount.



Returns and Changes in Finland

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of Finland, you have the right to return an item within 30 days of receiving your order. The return right stands only for items that are in new, unused condition and in their original packaging, including labels, hang tags etc.

If you want to exchange the product you ordered, you must return the exchangeable product to us and make a completely new order for the other product/size you want. Customer returns are free of charge in Finland.

For orders in Finland, you will receive a return shipping label with your order with which you can ship the products you want return back to us. Remember to fill and attach the return form you received with your order with the returned items. Customer returns are free of cost in Finland area.

Returns and Changes from Europe

Returns

You have the right to return an item within 30 days of receiving your order. The return right stands only for items that are in new, unused condition and in their original packaging, including labels, hang tags etc.

For the return, please first contact our customer service help@aarrelabel.com with your name, order number and wish to return. Also fill the return form you received with your order and attach it with the return items.

After your return request, we will arrange shipment back to us with GLS. We will process the refund as soon as possible after receiving the return parcel. The refund will be paid through PayPal / Paytrail depending on the used payment method.

The Return fee is 10 euros and will be deducted from the refund amount. If you return all the products in your order, we will also refund the shipping costs you paid. Even if you return all the products in your order, the 10 euro Return fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Changes

If you would like to change some items in your order, please see our return instructions and place a new order for the products you want.

Returns

After your return request, we will send you a shipping label with which you can send the order back to us. We will process the refund as soon as possible after receiving the return parcel.

The Return fee is 10 euros and will be deducted from the refund amount. If you return all the products in your order, we will also refund the shipping costs you paid. Even if you return all the products in your order, the 10 euro Return fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Changes

If you would like to change some items in your order, please see our return instructions and place a new order for the products you want.



Track your Order

“Order complete” email should have the tracking code for your order. If you didn’t get your tracking code, you can ask for it by email help@aarrelabel.com



Notice of Arrival

For order shipped to Finland, the notice of the arriving parcel will be sent to your phone number, so make sure you have given the right number with the order. If you haven’t received the notice in some time, make sure to check your email as well.

For orders delivered to Europe you will receive a message from GLS when your parcel is arriving or ready fro pick up. For orders shipped with EMS Parcel outside of Europe, the notice of package arrival can be sent to your phone number or to your home by post, depending to the policy in your country.

Pumpkin Design Ltd will not be responsible for undelivered packages due to false information given when placing the order.



Uncollected Orders

If you don’t pick up your order in time, it will be sent back to us. Please note that it is not the same thing to return items from your order and not pick it up at all. We will automatically refund the items on uncollected order, reduced with the postal charges. We will not refund postal charges for packages that were not collected on time.

We will not send uncollected order again. If you still wish the receive the items in your order, you can place a new order in our web shop.

Please note that Posti and Matkahuolto only keeps your order for 7 days after sending it back to us. Make sure you will be home collecting the order.



Pre-orders

Some of our products can be pre-ordered. This means that the product is not available ready-made in our stock, but the product is manufactured according to pre-order quantities and estimated future order quantities. If the product is available for pre-order, you will see the PRE-ORDER sticker on the product image. When you select your size on the product page, you will receive the notification “Available on backorder”. The estimated delivery time of the pre-sale product is also informed on the product page. By ordering the product from pre-sale, you ensure that you will definitely get the product you want. The products are manufactured based on the orders placed during the pre-sale. Please take this into account when ordering and only order products that you intend to keep, if they are well fitting. You can only have other pre-order products on the same order with the pre-order products.

Pre-order payment

The order is normally paid for when placing the order, using the payment method options available in the online store. If you choose an invoice as the payment method for your order, the invoice will be sent to you at the point when the product’s pre-sale period ends.

Pre-order delivery time

The estimated delivery time of the pre-order product is informed on the product page. You will receive a notification in your email when your order is shipped from our warehouse. We reserve the right to schedule changes due to reasons beyond our control. Read more about delivery methods here >>

Pre-order returns

Normal return conditions apply to pre-sale products, and products have a normal 30-day return right from receiving the order.



Defective Products

The quality of our products is important for us. Our garments are not supposed to broke in the first use and the materials we use should last many washes. If this is not the case and you happen to receive a product with defect(or the material behaves abnormally in the first wash etc.), please explain the situation and send a picture of the defective piece if possible to our email address help@aarrelabel.com. If the product is not made according to our quality standards we will replace the product with a new one or return the money for your order.

In Finland, our partner on clothing repairs is Menddie, a platform that makes clothing repair simple and easy. Follow them @menddierepairs



Gift Wrapping

You can choose gift wrapping for 3,50 eur cost per package. You can choose to gift wrap an individual product on the product page or pack all your items as one gift by choosing the wrapping option at checkout.

You can also add you own greetings and we will add it to a beautiful card with your gift wrapped product.

If you want to deliver the gift straight to the person receiving it, you can choose tho ship to a different address. We recommend you to put your own email to the order information but update the phone number for the actual receiver, do the shipping note will be delivered to the right number.
